A Legacy of Excellence and Community Partnership
Before we dive into the importance of our work, allow us to tell you about the history of RJV Construction. Our legacy began in 1921 when the Pacella family immigrated to Boston from Sulmona, Italy.
The Pacella brothers worked for their uncle, John Williams, performing water and sewer projects throughout the Boston area, an experience that laid the foundation for a leading construction company.
Their dedication and expertise led them to establish the Pacella Brothers Corporation in 1945. As founding members of the Utility Contractors Association of New England (UCANE), the Pacella brothers showed their commitment to excellence and community partnership right from the start.
Pacella brother Ron Sr. was elected to serve on the Board of Directors in 1954, marking the beginning of a long-standing history of leadership positions in UCANE and the National Utility Contractors Association (NUCA).
In 1963, Ron Sr. and his brother Querino founded QRS Corporation. However, it was the vision of the third generation of the family that led to the establishment of RJV Construction in 1982. Our team is composed of individuals who embrace the same values that drove the Pacella brothers: quality, teamwork, passion, and dedication.
