Founded in 1982 by Ronald Jr., Joseph, and Victor Pacella, RJV represents the third generation of a family deeply rooted in the underground utility industry. In 2019, the fourth generation — David, Christopher, Victor Jr., Ronald III, and Querino (L-R) — assumed leadership of the company, continuing the Pacella family legacy of building critical water and sewer infrastructure for the communities we serve.
