RJV CONSTRUCTION INSTALLATION OF NEW STORM DRAINS, SANITARY SEWERS, AND WATER MAINS IN EAST BOSTON

INSTALLATION OF NEW STORM DRAINS, SANITARY SEWERS, AND WATER MAINS IN EAST BOSTON

Boston, MA | East Boston

DESCRIPTION

Proving to be one of their most difficult projects to date, RJV coworkers banded together in teamwork and dedication to each other, to complete this CSO (Combined Sewer Overflow) project for Boston Water and Sewer in East Boston.  They passionately worked with each other to find solutions to complicated excavations, frequently involving deep cuts and extensive trench support.  Their dedication to themselves, BWSC, and the neighborhood residents resulted in the installation of over 9,000 feet of water mains and 11,000 feet of sewer and drains – continuing the effort to reduce overflow pollution of Boston Harbor.   Not only was the Commission furnished with upgraded infrastructure, but Boston and Southeastern MA residents will be provided a better quality of life for generations to come.
