Our crew in Swansea on Route 6 and Gardners Neck Road have been hard at work installing a new gravity sewer main to bring a new service to the abutting residents and businesses. As they finish up the sewer work, they will transition into work on Phase 4 of the project. Phase 4 includes widening the road, installing new drainage, and installing a new sidewalk and curbing from Gardners Neck Road around the corner on to Route 6.

Additionally, National Grid has mobilized a crew to site to begin the relocation of utility pole and overhead wires. One more step in the direction of our final goal to widen the roadway and install new infrastructure to bring reliable service to the abutting residents and businesses.
